MedEsystem F.A.Q.'s
1. Is shipping included in my purchase
price? Shipping and Handling will be a flat fee of $5.00 for all US based orders.
2. Which carriers do we use for shipping? For domestic shipping
within the United States we use the USPS. For our international customers
we typically use Federal Express.
3. How long will it take to receive my device? We typically ship once a credit card transaction has cleared and posted to our account. This typically takes 48 hours. Please allow 5-7 business days for your shipment to arrive.
4. What if one of the products is on back order? We will notify
you within 24 hours of order placement if a particular product is not available.
You may choose a substitute item or simply wait for our next shipment to
arrive. We will always mail those items that are in stock and available
for your order.
5. What if I have questions filling out my MedEsystem ID medical profile?
Due to the large number of customers we serve it’s best to contact us via
email at customerservice@medesystem.com. You can also call our customer
service line from 9am to 6pm CST at 972-546-7551.
6. What if my doctor wants copies of my records? Simply give them
the device and have them insert the drive into any USB port in their computers.
They can either print the record or save them as an HTML attachment. In
many cases it is easiest for them to convert the document to PDF. From there
it can be stored and/or emailed to anyone else who needs an electronic copy.
7. Will my doctor welcome my MedEsystem ID device? We can’t speak
for ALL doctors but MedEsystem was developed by IT professionals working
alongside physicians from concept to completion. The majority of doctors
welcome our solution because it makes their job easier. They spend less
time transcribing handwritten paper forms to spending more time with you!
For doctors who still maintain written files simply have them print your
record and insert into your file.
MedEsystem RETURN POLICY
The process for returns is described below. This includes products
ordered from our website e-store and delivered to another person as a gift.
Please keep in mind that we are unable to process a return and issue a
credit to anyone but the original purchaser.
However, a refund may be obtained by mailing a written request for a
refund to our head office at:

If you would like to return an item, please follow
these steps:
1. Locate your Order Number from your Order Confirmation email.
2. Please call or email our Customer Service Department to speak to
a representative that will process your return at 972-546-7551. Customer
Service hours are Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M – 5:30 P.M. CST. If you
would like to contact us outside of our Customer Service hours you may
email us at customerservice@medesystem.com.
3. Our Customer Service Department will provide you with a Return Order
Confirmation number and instructions on how and where to return the item.
4. You will receive written confirmation in an email with your Order
Return Number and shipping instructions on how to return the item.
5. Once we receive the item you will be sent a Return Order Credit
email confirming that a credit has been applied to your credit card.
6. You will receive a credit on your credit card within 2 -4 weeks
after we receive the returned item. No credits will be issued as checks
or cash.
Our policy does not allow for refunds on products returned after 30
days of the original order date.
If you are not satisfied with the product or merchandise received from
our website e-store, you may return it for the refund of the purchase price,
within 30 days of the original order date.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We will gladly refund
your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an
error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective or
damaged.
SHIPPING POLICY
Turnaround: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday depending
on product availability - Friday 8am - 5pm CST.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Post office
DHL
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update
your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders
using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight
of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you
will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance
to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order
that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the
rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and
handling for the second shipment.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated on the actual weight of the items shipped.

an order or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site as

your personal information when you place an order or access your personal
information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive
information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and
then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible
by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are
required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your
private information or credit card numbers will not be stored on our servers.
